Meet Our CEO:

David Ray Cross Jr.

David brings nearly two decades of experience in corporate training, HR, and leadership development, with brands like Chick-fil-A, Dollar Tree Inc, CVS Health and Love’s Travel Stops. After scaling his own multi-op DJ companies in Texas, he saw what the industry was missing: consistent training, leadership development, and scalable systems.

He relaunched DJ University with one clear goal... to help DJs go from overwhelmed to organized, from reactive to intentional, and from solo to scalable.
